The fondant that I use I make myself. It is not a “purchased” fondant. It has white chocolate as one of the ingredients, and it is absolutely delicious. This is a rolled icing that makes a perfectly smooth canvas for your cake.
Italian Meringue Buttercream – price includes any flavor cake and filling - $4.50*
This icing is a cooked icing that melts in your mouth instantly. It is a less sweet icing. Due to the high amount of butter in this recipe, the color is an off white.
Ganache – price includes any flavor cake and filling - $4.50*
This can be made in dark, light or white chocolate. It can be a poured ganache – which will make a shiny smooth surface, or a whipped ganache that resembles buttercream. |
